Dr. Michael Puls
Managing Director/Head of Research and Development

Dr. Michael Puls is Managing Director and Head of Research and Development of the company. He holds a PhD in enzyme engineering from University of Duesseldorf. He was Managing Director of evocatal GmbH and member of the initial team of the company after its foundation in 2006. Michael successfully worked on building the company brand and expanding the customer base. He supervised the development of several key enzymes and key business fields. After the formation of evoxx technologies GmbH Michael continued as VP business development until the company was acquired by Advanced Enzyme Technologies. In 2018 Michael took over responsibility for all Research and Development activities at evoxx.

Ms. Martina Doering

Managing Director /Head Of Business Development

Martina Doering is Managing Director (Head of Business Development) of evoxx technologies GmbH. She was co-founder of aevotis GmbH which she managed as CEO jointly with Dr.Volker Landschütze until the company was acquired by evocatal GmbH in 2013. Ms. Doering studied agricultural sciences at the University of Göttingen and has been employed for 25+ years in various positions in the agrochemical industry (Schering, AgrEvo, Aventis, Bayer CropScience).

She has extensive experience in product and portfolio management and business development. She represented AgrEvo in the founding of PlantTec Biotechnologie GmbH and built up and was managing director of Solavista GmbH & Co KG, a joint company of Bayer CropScience and AVEBE. Since 2015 she took over responsibility as Managing Director (CSO) of evocatal GmbH and evoxx technologies GmbH.
